You can easily catch the Narita Express from the station, making it hassle-free to travel to and from the airport. the hotel's rooms are luxuriously appointed, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms featuring deep soaking tubs. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to assist with travel arrangements and sightseeing recommendations. The breakfast options are delicious, with a choice of buffet or a la carte. Guests can also enjoy stunning views of the city from their rooms.

The prices at the hotel's bar are quite steep, which may put a strain on your budget.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, providing great service throughout our visit. They were always ready to assist us with any requests or questions we had. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool and spa. We enjoyed using them multiple times, and the view of the Tokyo Sky Tree from our room was amazing. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering a wide variety of tasty options. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and a large department store. It was also conveniently situated in the center of the city, next to the main train station and within easy reach of the vibrant Ginza area.

The instant messaging system via Line made it really convenient to communicate with the concierge. The staff were courteous and professional. Checking out using the hotel app was seamless. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable, with amenities such as a Nespresso machine, luxurious bathroom facilities, and cozy pajamas provided for a restful night's sleep.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded our expectations. the exclusive amenities in our room were luxurious and personalized. the Spa & wellness center with a sauna and massage was a perfect place to relax. the indoor swimming pool was clean and the staff attentive to our needs. We loved the in-room breakfast with a lot of options.

The location wasn't the most convenient for exploring the city. We had to take a taxi to go to some attractions.
